Access Google Drive Offline on Android and iOS:
When you connect to the internet, you should open the Google Drive app. Then, you should click on the three vertical dots which is next to the name of the file which you want to edit offline. Now from your My Drive page, you should select the gear icon which is in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the Settings menu. Here, you should select General from the left panel, and then you have to check the box next to Sync Google Docs, Sheets, Slides & Drawings files to this computer so that you can edit offline.
After this, you have to select Done. And the changes which you will make without Wi-Fi will be updated the next time when you connect to the internet. Now, you have to download and install the personal version of Backup and Sync for Google Drive. At this point, you have to open Backup and Sync and then just sign in to your Google Account. Now, you can save files on your computer directly to Google Drive. But if you do not want to save, then you can deselect the box which is next to each folder and then select Next option. Then, you should select the box next to Sync My Drive to this computer, and then just select Start option. Then you have to download the personal version of Backup and Sync for Google Drive. Now, you have to move Backup and Sync to your Applications folder, and then open it. After this, you have to Sign in to your Google account. Here, you can select to save files on your computer directly to Google Drive if you want and then just click on Next option. At last, just click on the box next to Sync My Drive to this computer and then you have to click on Start option. Now, your Google Drive files will be downloaded to your Google Drive folder, and the files which you add in future to Google Drive will be automatically downloaded to your computer system.
